What is Membership Plans for?

Membership Plans :

To place a bid on the Projects, Freelancers would need Credits in their account. The credits
can be purchased in bulk by purchasing a membership plan. The Membership Plan will have
the following details:
1. Number of credits
2. Price of the plan for a month
Freelancers can buy the plan to add the credit in their accounts so they can place bids for
the projects.

Ad Hoc credits – The Freelancers can buy ad hoc credits based on their requirement. The
price for one credit will be displayed under per unit price. The user can enter the number
of credits he wants to buy and can proceed to make the payment for them.

 

Commission -

Admin will set commission (in %) for customers. This percentage would be applicable to the total
project cost
For e.g., if a project is finalized for $100 USD and admin has set a commission of 10%, a customer
will be required to pay a total of $110 USD. Here $10 USD will go to admin and $100 USD will
go to the provider, as per the agreed milestones

 

 

What is a Wallet for?

My Wallet displays all account details of the customer and from this page, the customer will able to redeem the amount from the available balance. This includes the following details


· My Balance- this tab displays details about customer’s amount with the following information

  •    Available Balance - this displays the total credit amount of the customer. This indicates total available balance in customer ’s account
  •    Pending Amount - this displays hold the balance for future reference. This balance can’t be redeemed
  •    Requested for redeeming- this shows requested amount for redeeming by customer

   This page has 2 Buttons to perform the following actions:

               o Deposit Fund – On clicking this button, a pop up will open where the user can enter the amount which he wants to deposit in his balance. The pop up will have the button ‘Deposit’ on clicking which the user will be directed to PayPal where he can make the payment.

Redeem Request – On clicking this button, a pop up will open where the user can enter the
amount which he wants to redeem from the admin. The user has to enter the amount and
the description for redemption. On clicking ‘Submit’ the redemption request will be sent to
the admin and user will be able to see that amount in ‘Requested for redeeming’.

Redemption Request - This tab shows the redemption records of the customer. Customer will be
able to see the previously requested redemption requests and their status. Customer will be able
to see the following details:
o Requested Amount - this displays the amount requested by the customer
o Requested Date – this displays the date on which the amount was requested for redemption
o Description – The description added for redemption
o Status – The status of the redemption request will be displayed here
o Redeemed Amount – The amount redeemed from admin will be displayed here.
o Redeemed Date – The date on which the amount was paid by the admin will be displayed
here.
